Firstly – sorry it’s been a while. It’s been a really busy few weeks, and my brain hasn’t been in any way in the right frame of mind to write down what’s going on.
So, firstly, something good… it’s been Mental Health Awareness Week not so long ago, and as part of that, I ran a workshop at work about stress, and how to deal with it – I even got the lovely marketing team to live stream it on Facebook Live! So, overall, my mental health has been pretty shocking as of late. Felt awful, distant, can’t concentrate, the works. Unfortunately, it’s been one of those times where there’s so much going on, I’ve not been able to stop and sit and try to relax.
I’m changing meds again, going back to venlafaxine, up to 300mg – so coming off the escitalopram after it’s done sod all for me, apart from side effects. So screw that, quite frankly!
